At Faith we don’t believe that the church was ever intended to function as a hierarchy with superiors and inferiors - but as a body, a family, a team, each member valued, each member uniquely gifted. Within the family or team each person has their function and a role - not being greater or lesser, but simply different and called to their role.

Like any team, leadership is important. God has seen fit to bless Faith with a great group of servant-leaders - “player-coaches” on the team; each one serving, caring, leading by example. At Faith, our leaders are often referred to as “Elders,” a term found in the Bible that denotes a role of maturity. Our leaders are not perfect, but they do exhibit maturity, serve as examples, and meet the qualifications that the Bible expects of spiritual leaders. Each one is gifted, talented, and make their own unique contribution to the leadership team. Spend some time here, read, and get acquainted with our great team!
